At The Gift Baskett, we want you to love your home decor and gift selections. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
